Founder of AJN Engineering Management Ltd, Andy Nunnery has dedicated almost 40 years to the railway electrification industry. Beginning his career as an apprentice with Balfour Beatty Rail at just 16 years old, he has built extensive experience across the full lifecycle of rail infrastructure projects.
Throughout his career, Andy has held a number of senior engineering and leadership positions, including Engineering Manager, Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) and Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM). Qualified in Civil Engineering, he has developed specialist expertise in overhead line equipment (OLE) design, engineering management and project delivery, earning a reputation for technical excellence, practical problem-solving and delivering complex projects to the highest standards.
